2. Collection and storage of personal data as well as type and purpose and their use

We collect the following information from cooperations:

Salutation, first name, surname,
A valid email address,
Address,
Telephone number (landline and / or cellular network),
Information that is necessary for the implementation of a project

This data is collected,

to identify you as a project partner;
in order to be able to carry out projects appropriately;
for correspondence with you;

The data processing takes place at your request and is required according to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a and b GDPR (German General Data Protection Regulation) for the purposes mentioned for the appropriate project processing and for the mutual fulfillment of obligations. The personal data collected by us for the implementation of the project will be stored until the end of the project and then deleted, unless, according to Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 lit. and documentation obligations (from German HGB, StGB or AO) are obliged to store them for a longer period of time or you have consented to additional storage in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a GDPR.

At SolSystems Energy, only those persons have access to personal data who need this data to carry out their tasks within the responsible bodies, who are informed about the statutory provisions on data protection and who – in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions Art. 5 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – have committed to comply with them. The collection, processing, use and transmission of the collected personal data takes place in accordance with Article 6 (1) GDPR, in each case only to the extent that is necessary for the implementation of a cooperation.

3. Transfer of data to third parties

A transfer of your personal data to third parties for purposes other than those listed below does not take place. Insofar as this is necessary in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 lit. b GDPR for the processing of projects with you, your personal data will be passed on to third parties. The data passed on may only be used by the third party for the stated purposes.

11. Google Maps

The Google Maps map service is used on this page via an API. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

In order to be able to use the functions of Google Maps, it is necessary to save your IP address. This information is usually transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer.
